Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your WildForm Studio print. Here's everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Change of mind returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item in good condition we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty items If your print arrives damaged or faulty please email us at hello@thewildformstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

How to start a return Email hello@thewildformstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
